General Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully
1. User Obligations
1.1 The User agrees, in general, to use the Store, to purchase Products, and to use each of the Store’s services diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order, and the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, and must also refrain from using them in any way that may impede, harm, or impair the normal operation and enjoyment of the Store by Users, or that may harm or cause damage to the property and rights of the Store, its suppliers, Users, or any third party in general.
1.2 Any order placed through the Store or by signing this document constitutes the User’s express and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale and implies a waiver of any application of the User’s own general terms and conditions.
The order placed by the User includes all the technical specifications of the product to be manufactured (product type, size, weight, quantity, etc.), the number of units, billing and shipping information, the selected payment method, and the product price. By submitting the order, the User fully accepts its contents and declares that they have sufficient authority to place the order on their own behalf or on behalf of their company; once the User has been notified of the order, Naturwest will send the User an acknowledgment of receipt of the order via email for informational purposes, which will include all the order details provided by the User; however, this acknowledgment of receipt does not constitute Naturwest’s agreement to proceed with production; Naturwest’s acceptance of the order will occur once it has reviewed all the details included in the order, verified that it has all the necessary elements to begin the production process, and accepted the payment method requested by the User. The User may modify or cancel their order at any time by sending an email to hola@naturwest.com, referencing the order number. Modification or cancellation of the order requires acceptance by Naturwest, which will be provided via an email titled “Order Cancellation.”
2. Products and Prices
2.1 Naturwest reserves the right to determine, at any time, which Products are offered to Users through the Store. In particular, Naturwest may at any time add new Products to those offered or included in the Store, on the understanding that, unless otherwise provided, such new Products will be governed by the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions. Likewise, Naturwest reserves the right to cease providing or facilitating access to and use of any of the various types of Products offered in the Store at any time and without prior notice.
2.2 The Products listed in the Store will correspond as accurately as possible—given the limitations of web display technology—to the Products actually offered. The characteristics of the Products and their prices are listed in the Store.
2.3 The sale prices listed on the website for each product include VAT; shipping costs are included for orders over 50 €; and payment must be made in full via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal (the latter will incur a fee, which can be viewed in the shopping cart). When the User places an order, the price includes VAT; the prices of orders confirmed by Naturwest are valid for 30 days from the order date.
2.4 Naturwest reserves the right to change the prices of the products offered. Prices are valid unless there is a computer error or typographical error.
3. Payment Procedure and Method
3.1 Naturwest will send an email to the User confirming the purchase. This email will include a purchase reference code and will detail the Product’s specifications, its price, and the various payment options available for paying Naturwest for the Products.
3.2 Users who purchase a product through the Store must make payment using the payment methods specifically listed in the Store.
3.3 Naturwest will file the electronic documents formalizing the contract and will send a copy to the User once the purchase has been made. The contract will be drawn up in Spanish.
3.4 The order confirmation sent by Naturwest does not serve as an invoice; it is only a proof of purchase.
4. Receipt of Goods and Return Policy
4.1 Upon receiving the order, the User must verify that the packaging is intact; if the packaging shows visible damage or deformation, the User must “Sign with Disapproval” on the delivery receipt, detailing the damage observed, and report the incident, including the order number, to Naturwest within 48 hours of receiving the order by email to hola@naturwest.com so that we can notify the shipping company of any issues; If no incident is noted on the delivery receipt or reported to Naturwest via the method described above, the User may not file any claim with Naturwest regarding dents or damage to the product.
4.2 If, after inspecting the merchandise, the customer notices any defect attributable to the product’s quality, they must report it in detail to our email address hola@naturwest.com, within 48 hours of receiving the order, specifying the order number associated with the issue and attaching digital photographs.
4.3 At Naturwest, we work with natural products; therefore, if a customer wishes to return an order, they must ensure that the product has not been used and is in its original, unopened packaging. Returns may be requested within 14 days without the need to provide a reason, provided the above conditions are met.
4.4 Not all courier companies are required to call to schedule a delivery; it is the customer’s responsibility to be available to receive the merchandise. If the shipping company is unable to make the delivery due to the customer’s absence on several occasions, the package will be returned to our facilities. If the customer is still interested in receiving the merchandise, Naturwest will inform them of the cost of reshipping the package.

6. Home Delivery Service
6.1 Sales through the Store are limited exclusively to the territories of Spain, Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, and the Czech Republic. Products purchased through the Store will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the User once payment has been verified, with a maximum delivery time of 30 days, as established by law.
6.2 Naturwest’s delivery service is provided in collaboration with various reputable logistics providers. Orders will not be delivered to post office boxes, hotels, or other temporary addresses.
6.3 At the time of purchase, the User will be informed of the exact shipping cost.
6.4 Delivery dates are ESTIMATED. The delivery times listed in the price list are met 98% of the time, provided that the data is received on time. Due to overcapacity, the unavailability of certain products, or variations in courier delivery methods, delivery times are subject to certain tolerances in exceptional cases.
The delivery period will begin on the business day following the date the order is placed or, if payment by bank transfer is selected, the date payment is received.
7. Protection of Industrial Property Rights and Copyrights
7.1 Naturwest shall indemnify the customer and its buyers against any claims for infringement of copyrights, trademarks, patents, or similar rights, provided that Naturwest designed the product at the customer’s request.
7.2. The customer is solely responsible for any infringement of third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or similar rights. The customer indemnifies Naturwest against any claims by third parties arising from such infringements.
8. Passwords
8.1 Naturwest will provide personal passwords to users who register on the website. These passwords will be used to access the services provided through the Website. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the strictest and absolute confidentiality of their passwords and shall therefore be liable for any damages or consequences of any kind arising from the breach or disclosure of such confidentiality. For security reasons, the password for online access to the services linked to the Website may be changed by the user at any time. The user agrees to immediately notify Naturwest of any unauthorized use of their password, as well as any unauthorized access to it by third parties.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 The parties agree, at their discretion, to submit to the courts and laws in force in Spain for the resolution of disputes, waiving any other jurisdiction.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 In the event of force majeure that delays, prevents, or renders the execution of the sale economically unfeasible, this shall result in the suspension of Naturwest’s contractual obligations to the customer. Force majeure includes any event of any nature that is reasonably beyond the control of either party, such as a fire, disruption in the supply of raw materials, power outages, or machine breakdowns that make it impossible to perform the work within the agreed-upon deadlines, strikes or lockouts, interruptions in transportation for any reason, legal or regulatory provisions affecting the production or delivery of products, etc. Naturwest reserves the right to cancel the contract without compensation if the event continues.
11. Data and Information
11.1 Naturwest, WITH THE USER’S CONSENT, may advertise any type of information regarding the products of Naturwest or any other current and/or future company within our group whose business is related, in all cases and primarily—though not exclusively—to the sale of seeds, fertilizers, flowers, and plants. Directly related to these products, Naturwest reserves the right to send commercial communications via email or through any other equivalent physical or electronic means of communication (such as SMS). You may change your preferences regarding the receipt of such commercial communications at any time; these communications are deemed to be tacitly accepted once you have made a purchase through this online store or submitted your information via the processes provided for that purpose on the site.
In order to comply with the provisions detailed above, it may be necessary to disclose the information provided to third parties specializing in the bulk and/or personalized sending of communications, and it is therefore understood that, by accessing, registering, and/or providing personal information to purchase any of the products and/or services available on this website, you expressly authorize such disclosure.
Naturwest acts as the data processor for the information provided by customers who make purchases and payments; the customers themselves are responsible for the information they provide. The website will issue invoices using the billing and shipping addresses provided at the time the order is placed.
12. Quality or Refund
12.1 In the event of a verified defect in the services provided by Naturwest, any customer may invoke our QUALITY OR REFUND guarantee. In this case, the customer must send us an email to hola@naturwest.com with at least THREE PHOTOS of the defective merchandise. This will result in a reshipment of the order or a credit of 100% of the order price to the customer’s account if the entire product was defective. Otherwise, the customer will be credited for the proportional value of the damaged merchandise. This offer is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery of the merchandise.
If the customer wishes to return an order, they must ensure that the product has not been used and is still in its original, unopened packaging. Returns may be requested within 14 days without providing a reason, provided the above conditions are met.
13. Cancellation
13.1 If you wish to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, you must send an email to hola@naturwest.com or call us at 687 731 599, where we will provide instructions for returning the order.
