Delivery times
We ship to Spain, Germany, France, Italy and other European countries. Maximum delivery time is 30 days, though orders are usually delivered within 24 to 72 working hours after payment confirmation. Delivery dates are indicative.
Shipping conditions

– We do not ship to PO boxes or non-permanent addresses.
– If the packaging is damaged upon receipt, please sign the delivery note "with reservation" and notify us within 48 hours at hola@naturwest.com, indicating your order number and attaching photos.
Return policy
You can request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.
The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
To manage a return:

We will give you instructions for the return shipment.
Once we receive and verify the product, we will process the corresponding refund or exchange.
Quality refunds
If the product has defects, you can invoke our policy of "Quality or refund". Write to us within 14 days at hola@naturwest.com with at least three photos of the product and the order number.
