Delivery times
We ship to Spain, Germany, France, Italy and other European countries. Maximum delivery time is 30 days, though orders are usually delivered within 24 to 72 working hours after payment confirmation. Delivery dates are indicative.

Return policy
You can request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.
The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

We will give you instructions for the return shipment.
Once we receive and verify the product, we will process the corresponding refund or exchange.
